The use of SCHNEEBERGER linear guideways and recirculating units makes it possible to build cost-effective linear guideway systems.
The Type SK recirculating unit is equipped with balls and is suitable for small to medium loads. In combination with SCHNEEBERGER type R and/or RD linear guideways, space-saving designs can be achieved that can be loaded in all directions. The recirculating unit type SKC was developed for minimum lubrication, vacuum, and clean room applications and, together with SCHNEEBERGER linear guides type R or RD, enables unlimited displacement.
The type SKD ball recirculating unit is equipped with damping elements improved running smoothness. This type is also suitable for applications with Type R or Type RD linear guideways.
Running units designed to save space and accept equal loads in any direction
The combination with linear guideways enables low and medium load designs
For low to medium loads, Type SK ball recirculating unit is used in combination with SCHNEEBERGER-Type R or Type RD linear guideways. This allows the implementation of space-saving designs that can be equally loaded in all directions. Various sizes can be equipped with additional damping elements (Type SKD). These provide improved smoothness with slightly reduced load carrying capacity.

Unlimited displacement paths even with low and medium loads
An unlimited displacement path through use of Type SKC recirculating unit in combination with SCHNEEBERGER Type R or RD linear guideways. The SKC recirculating unit for low and medium loads is installed in the same way as SCHNEEBERGER Type SK and SR roller units. The material combination of coated steel, ceramic, and Teflon® balls means excellent suitability for dry running, vacuum, and cleanroom systems.
